KRX120 paper cup machine has been produced with the aim of being a 2026 model focused on price–performance efficiency. Ease of production, energy and speed efficiency, minimum leakage, and stable 24/7 operation have been taken as the basis.
Unlike classic models that use single-resistance side sealing, the KRX120 paper cup machine is equipped with a dual-resistance side sealing system. Thanks to this, production with much thicker paper grammage is possible. In addition, the leakage rate is significantly higher even with thin grammage papers.
The 10-mold system is the biggest difference of our paper cup machine. Compared to the market and even Koresan’s older models (8-mold), this machine offers much faster production thanks to having 2 additional molds. While resistance systems provide stable production of up to 100 cups per minute, our machine can offer stable operation of up to 110 cups per minute with an ultrasonic head.
Warning sensors and protection: Our machine is equipped with separate protection sensors in each section. There are paper shortage warning sensors, jamming sensors, and blockage sensors. In faulty situations, the machine automatically stops itself and activates an alarm to protect the system.
In paper cup production, food-contact-approved silicone oil is used. In our new-generation machine, this feeding process is no longer manual; instead, it is provided automatically and stably through a roller system, ensuring consistent efficiency.
Inspired by water mills, the multi-robot arm system we developed enables us to reach higher speeds. Old-type arms with rotational movements used to cause paper jams. In our new version, such problems have been reduced by 50%.
Hot air blowing bottom sealing system: Old-type cup bottom resistance systems did not allow the use of thin-grammage bottom papers other than standard types. Thanks to hot air feeding, the KRX120 paper cup machine allows the use of thin or thick PE-coated papers with various heavy grammages.
The bottom paper feeding unit minimizes jamming and blockages in the paper cup machine thanks to its spring-loaded pressure mechanism, unlike standard flat cylindrical pressure mechanisms.
Our control panel, designed for simple and practical use, allows you to start and stop the paper cup machine with a single button. Once the temperature settings are adjusted only once during seasonal changes, the machine can be operated easily with just one button.

Super Fast with 10-Cavity Mold Head
For many years, 8-cavity molds have been used worldwide. This caused machine speeds to be limited to 60–80 cups per minute. With KRX120 and its 10-cavity technology, it provides up to twice the paper cup production speed.

Ultrasonic bonding technology gives you flexibility across a wide range of paper weights. It allows you to use papers between 135–350 gsm, from thin to heavy grammages.
Thanks to the turbo hot air blowing bottom sealing system, production is possible even with very thick paper weights and jumbo size paper bowl or cup formats.
The PLC control panel provides operation in Turkish, English, and Chinese. Machine control can be managed from a single screen. When the machine is turned off, the cooling fans continue operating for 2 minutes, extending the lifespan of the heating resistances.
With the pre-heating system, bonding and sealing quality is maximized. It minimizes leakage problems and enables production with high-thickness paper materials.
Thanks to the bottom servo motors, both vibration is minimized and bottom paper jams in the machine are prevented.
With the integrated operation of servo motors, the bottom paper cutting mechanism works together with the drive motor, ensuring stable and consistent production.
