What Is the Purpose of a Scrap Baling Machine?
Scrap baling machines, beyond simply pressing, are designed to collect waste materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic, and similar scrap, compress them, and allow you to tie them with straps or wire. As vertical balers compress the materials, they significantly reduce their volume.
This enables your scrap to shrink down to nearly 1/20 of its original volume, saving a large amount of storage space. At the same time, the value of the baled scrap increases — buyers typically offer up to 100% higher prices for properly compacted bales.
In terms of transportation, while loose scrap paper may only allow 7 tons of loading onto a single truck, scrap processed with a baling machine can reach around 20 tons, offering a major logistics advantage.

Scrap Baling Machine – HT30
Our 30-ton scrap baler is especially preferred by customers who want to press tin, simple profiles, or barrel-type scrap. It should be remembered that this type of strong material requires profile reinforcement to be pressed properly. Please make sure to specify this requirement when placing your order.
When used for paper scrap, our bales will weigh around 150 kg on average. If your daily paper scrap exceeds 1000 kg, then our HT50 model will be a more suitable option for pressing both plastic and paper scrap.
HT20 Paper Scrap Baling Machine
Our HT20 paper baling machine has been used in our own Koresan paper factory for years without any part replacement, continuing to serve us reliably. The durability and quality of our paper baler are clearly reflected in its performance. All you need to do is operate it correctly and it will press your paper efficiently.
Our factory presses nearly 100 tons of paper scrap monthly, and all of this load has been handled for years by our HT20 model without any issues.
