Thanks to our PLC panel programmed in Turkish, you can easily manage the machine from a single screen, set temperature values, and perform necessary integrations according to your product dimensions.

Our high-level fiber optic sensor automatically calculates the product length without requiring manual input.
If the product does not arrive, the machine automatically stops to save energy and reduce film consumption.
When products arrive again, the fiber optic sensor detects them, ensuring continuous and stable feeding for uninterrupted production.

With 3 servo motors and a gear motor:
The first motor controls the feeding conveyor.
The second motor controls the film (bag) feed.
The third motor controls the horizontal heaters.

If the machine does not detect any product, it automatically stops.
If the heated cutting blades of the packaging machine touch the product, the system detects this and performs a reverse motion to prevent damage.

Thanks to our front conveyor, your products are transferred smoothly and in order from production to your baskets or carton boxes.

Our PLC adjustment screen allows you to easily make settings when measurement variations occur.
This adjustment ensures our sensors can work in sync with the cutting blade.

Our machine operates with 3.5 kW power and runs on 3-phase electricity.
