Ultrasonic sealing allows your paper cup machine to achieve very fast and strong bonding. With this technology, you can use both single and double PE-coated paper between 160–350 gsm.

Ultrasonic sealing heads are an optional feature offered at an additional cost. Customers who want this feature must specify it when placing an order

Thanks to our hot-air fans, the sealing and leak-proofing quality is much higher compared to resistance heating systems. This results in higher-quality cups. Hot-air technology also allows thicker and high-grammage bottom papers to be sealed easily.

With its widened chassis, the bottom conveyor can be used efficiently. Unlike our other paper cup machine models, the KRC100 model includes a bottom-cutting blade and a conveyor system. This allows easier stacking and prevents excessive waste accumulation.

Our enhanced servo motors prevent bottom-paper jamming during feeding. This eliminates constant tearing of bottom paper and prevents leakage problems that may occur in the cups.

The alarm system provides multi-directional intervention. If an empty production occurs in the molds or if side papers fail to enter the paper-feeding section, sensors detect the issue, stop the machine, and trigger an alarm. The same system also exists at the bottom-paper feeding point. This ensures that even the smallest malfunction automatically stops the machine.

One of the biggest features distinguishing the KRC100 model from standard paper cup machines on the market is the front heating mechanism. Thanks to the hot-air system, the cups exit the mold in a more stable and smooth manner. Elliptical, egg-shaped, or similar distortions are prevented. Additionally, leakage resistance is maximized. Another benefit is that you can even produce with thicker paper grammages.

The PLC system is integrated into all new KRC100 models. With the PLC screen, all machine controls can be managed from a single location. For safe shutdown, the machine continues cooling for 2 minutes after you turn it off, ensuring the resistances cool properly before the system powers down.

The alarm system provides multi-directional intervention. Sensors detect whether empty production occurs in the molds or if the side papers fail to enter the paper-feeding section. They stop the machine and trigger an alarm. The same system is also located at the bottom-paper feeding point. This allows the machine to stop automatically even in the smallest malfunction.

Thanks to the front fans, ultrasonic sealing, and preheating, the PE-coated paper is dried quickly and thoroughly. This ensures a more stable bottom forming process and minimizes sticking and clogging during production, providing 24/7 efficient performance.

Free Automatic Collecting Unit

The automatic collecting unit is provided as a complimentary accessory with our machines. This system collects finished paper cups in quantities you determine. The sensor on top performs the counting function. When the pre-set number is reached, the unit automatically opens the discharge gate and releases the stack. This prevents the operator from manually collecting and bagging cups, allowing easier packaging.

In standard paper cup machines, 96% use a 2-cup vacuum system. In the KRC100 model, a 4-cup vacuum system is used, ensuring more stable and error-free paper feeding. This improves suction power and stability, doubling the efficiency of the paper-feeding system.

Thanks to ultrasonic sealing technology, our paper cup machine offers a very fast sealing process and allows the use of 160–350 gsm paper with single-sided or double-sided PE coating.

The ultrasonic sealing head is an optional feature offered at an additional cost. Customers who require this option must specify it during the order.

With our hot-air fan system, the sealing and bonding quality is significantly higher compared to resistance-based systems, resulting in better-quality cup production. Hot-air technology also enables proper sealing of thick-grammage bottom paper.

Unlike traditional Paper Cup Machines, the roulette motor must not be positioned in a compressed manner. Its side-positioned design allows the bottom-sealing adjustments of our machine to be carried out easily.

Our servo motors include an anti-jamming feature during the feeding of bottom paper into the machine. This prevents frequent tearing of bottom paper and eliminates leakage issues in the final cups.

The alarm system provides multi-directional protection. Sensors detect situations such as empty production in the molds or side paper failing to enter the paper feed section, instantly stopping the machine and triggering an alarm. The same sensor system is also used at the bottom-paper feeding point. This ensures that the machine automatically stops itself at the slightest malfunction.

Thanks to the automatic collecting unit, your cups are accumulated in the storage compartment according to the quantity you set. A built-in sensor performs the counting process. When the preset quantity is reached, the compartment opens automatically and releases the exact number of cups onto the table. This allows you to bag and box the cups without dealing with manual counting.

The modern cam system provides superior durability and structural strength. It is one of the most distinguishing features that sets our machine apart from others on the market. A cam-driven system is essential for a long-lasting paper cup machine. The PLC touch-screen panel is an optional feature offered at an additional cost and must be specified during the order.
