Thanks to our 3 servo motors, the divider operates independently and our endless-loop conveyor ensures production at the required sizes.
With our PLC panel programmed in Turkish, you can easily manage the machine from a single screen, adjust the temperature settings, and perform the necessary integrations according to your product sizes.
Our high-level fiber optic sensor automatically detects the product length without requiring manual input.
If cups are not fed into the machine, it automatically stops to save energy and reduce film consumption.
When cups arrive again, the fiber optic sensor detects the incoming products and the machine continues packaging automatically.
With 3 servo motors and a gear motor:
The first motor controls the feeding conveyor.
The second motor controls the film (bag) feed.
The third motor controls the horizontal heaters.
If the machine does not detect any product, it automatically stops.
If the heated cutting blades of the packaging machine touch the product, the system detects this and moves backward to prevent damage.
Thanks to our front conveyor, your cups are transferred smoothly and in order from production to your basket or boxes.
Our PLC adjustment screen allows you to easily make settings when measurement variations occur.
This adjustment enables our sensors to work in sync with the cutting blade.
Our machine operates with 3.5kW power and runs on 3-phase electricity.
