Paper Plate Machine

- 1. It can produce plates with a depth of up to 35 mm.
- 2. The parts in our machine are manufactured using a reinforced pressing technique, making them 10 times stronger than those produced on traditional lathe machines. The frame structure is built using 8 cm high-strength steel.
- 3. Thanks to its dual-head system, the machine performs as if two machines are operating simultaneously, ensuring high-speed production. In this way, it can produce 120 to 140 pieces per minute.
- 4. A conveyor system is used for collecting the paper plates, enabling them to be packaged quickly and efficiently.
Automatic Packaging
If requested, you can integrate our fully automatic packaging system into your machines independently from the main unit, allowing you to establish a complete paper plate production line without any manual handling.

Paper Plate Machine

The first mould produces paper plates with a diameter of 210 mm.
The second mould produces paper plates with a diameter of 190 mm.
