Ultrasonic + Heating (Resistance) Option Advantage
You can order our KB50 Paper Soup Bowl Machine with both ultrasonic and heating (resistance) sealing systems.
Our recommendation is: if you will not produce heavy-grammage bowls, choose the heating system and purchase the ultrasonic unit as an additional optional head.
When needed, you can mount the ultrasonic head and produce heavy-grammage products up to 420g, allowing your paper bowl machine to handle a wide range of production.
Our KB50 Model Machine is designed for 24/7 operation.
The machine is nearly twice the weight and size of standard paper cup machines.
Since standard components are used wherever possible, spare parts can be easily sourced from many industrial zones.
Each section of our Paper Soup Bowl Machine has individual sensors.
Thanks to these sensors, jamming is prevented and calibration losses are minimized.
If any sensor detects an empty pass, the machine automatically stops to protect itself.
With the silicone softening head, our bowls can be released from the molds easily.
This prevents wrinkling and ensures a smooth, clean production proces
All controls of the KB50 Bowl Machine are gathered in a single panel.
This allows you to operate and monitor all functions from one centralized point.
Unlike standard machines, the control system is integrated near the paper feeding section, making access much easier and more practical.
Our bottom feeding unit is designed with an 8-plate system just like classic paper cup production.
The 8-plate system makes both usage and adjustment easier and is far more practical than other mechanical feeding structures.
Thanks to our end-of-production cooling fan, the bowls enter rapid cooling immediately after forming.
This fan minimizes leakage issues and helps produce bowls that are much more durable and structurally strong.
A manual collection mechanism is used.
Our KB50 model aims to be an economical bowl-forming machine positioned below the KB80 model.
For this reason, a manual collection mechanism is used in the KB50.
If requested, we can offer an optional automatic collection robot at an additional cost.
Our bottom heating units consist of 4 separate mechanisms.
Each mechanism is designed to provide a stronger and more leak-proof bottom seal.
Our heaters, which operate between 200–300°C, allow the PE layer to melt efficiently and bond securely with the bottom paper.
