Thanks to the sensor on the machine, paper misalignment is prevented.
With the EPC (edge position control) system, the data received from the sensor ensures perfect alignment of your rolls, allowing you to achieve flawless slitting even if the rolls are not properly wound.
Our elevator system is one of the biggest advantages compared to other slitting machines in the market. Lowering the upper rolls after slitting is normally difficult for operators. With our elevator, operators can lower upper rolls easily with a single button.
With the capability of installing up to 20 blades, the KBD150 model allows you to perform very narrow slitting as needed.
Thanks to the hydraulic lifters, it is possible to lift rolls up to 1000 kg. For heavier rolls, custom hydraulic systems can be manufactured upon request.
With its perfect winding system, you can finish your rolls in a single pass with high precision.
From the PLC control screen, you can manage the entire machine. It enables full control over sensor errors, brake tension, speed and all machine functions.

Free Installation and Training
